Complex Networks, a global lifestyle brand, media company, and one of the most influential voices in popular cultural today, is looking for a Publicist to join the Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team at the center of music, pop culture, entertainment, fashion and lifestyle.
Working closely with the SVP of Communications, the Publicist will support Complex Networks programming and digital initiatives across its channels. We’re looking for a creative thinker to help craft consumer campaigns to generate coverage and drive awareness. Complex Networks channels include Complex, First We Feast, Collider, Pigeons & Planes, Sole Collector, Rated Red, and Seriously.TV. Complex Networks distributes content through it’s own channels and with premium distribution partners including go90.
The Publicist will report to the SVP of Communications and work closely with marketing and social media teams as well as channel leaders. The position offers ample opportunities to work independently and be a leader in key areas of the Communications department. It’s a fast paced office environment with overlapping projects and priorities so we’re looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, organized, can juggle multiple projects at once, has attention to detail, and ability to consistently meet deadlines. Some travel required.
The position can be based in Los Angeles or New York.
